Generalist. Advocate. Connector.
I am a performance coach and clinician with experience from the private sector up through the national team level. My passion is bridging the gap between sports medicine and performance.
Elite athlete preparation, injury risk reduction and the restoration of athletic normal are all part of the spectrum of human performance. The key is to see this process through the lenses of movement and literacy — physical, intellectual & behavioral.
Objective: Connect with organizations and professionals interested in developing systems to holistically support their athletes.
Philosophy
Whether it is restoring an athlete back to athletic normal or preparing for the Olympic Games, I take the following approach:
Meet the Athlete Where They Are
Teach the Process
Build Habits & Competencies
Good Preparation = Injury Risk-Reduction
Foundation of Movement Literacy
Apply the Basics Year-Round
Plan & Program for
Health
Development
